Audit Process

After the completion of phase three, you will be delivered a roadmap to implement an impactful marketing and communications plan.

We begin with reviewing the existing data, reports, and materials that pertain to enrollment, marketing, and communications.

The team would spend two days on site at your institute to probe deeper into marketing, enrollment strategies and the processes utilized by the staff. Extensive time is spent with the school’s leadership team, admissions director, and/or marketing director to fully understand the current challenges and future goals. In addition, a parent satisfaction and marketing survey is conducted to get customer’s perspective for better analysis.

Based on the review, site visit, and parent survey, a written report is provided to the school. This includes an assessment for school leadership and a strategic marketing and enrollment plan. A one-day consultation and planning visit is included to discuss the plan in detail, as well as to outline the steps for implementation.
